Meet the owner,
Marissa Frost
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of storytelling, community, and strategy.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in nonprofit, finance, and real estate industries — helping organizations connect with the people they serve.
For the past five years I’ve led marketing and communications for the Keller Williams Northwest Region, supporting up to 8,000 real estate agents and hundreds of leaders across four states on their path to growth in a tough market.
Along the way, I realized many businesses don’t need a massive marketing department—they just need the right creative partner. Someone who can bring clarity, help prioritize what actually matters, and build marketing that feels authentic to who they are.
That’s the philosophy behind my work today.
I’m a proud Oregonian, native Californian, and brief Coloradan currently residing in Southeast Portland with my partner of 15+ years, our son, and two dogs. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring parks, hiking trails, and PDX small businesses, while also supporting local organizations like Planned Parenthood and the ACLU.
Because at the end of the day, the same thing drives both my work and my life: building strong communities and helping good people do meaningful work in the world to make it better.
